2004 Armored Core
Team Tournament Wrap Up
The format for this tournament was as
follows; 2 pools of teams play everyone else in there
pool. The top 2 winning records automatically advances to
the finals. The third best record would face the third place
record of the other pool. That winner would join the other
four teams in the finals.
Fore each individual match each team
would pick a map. If there was a tie after two matches then
the third match would be at the Space Dome. Here are

The big story in this pool was
Aaron and Ryan. They lost their first two matches.
It looked as though they were done. With their backs
against the wall however they knew how to survive. They
ended up getting third and facing off against Frank & AJ
and winning to go to the finals.

Aaron and Ryan once again
started off poorly. After loosing their first two
matches however they once again fought their way out of a
corner. This time their efforts tied them for second
place. Justin & Kirk, along with Aaron and
Ryan both got their entry fees back for their efforts.
Damien and Badfish however went
undefeated throughout the tournament.
Congratulations to Damien and Badfish. They received
$225 for first place.
Thanks to all who came.
This was our best showing yet. 11 teams showed up making
22 people. Then on Sunday 24 people showed for the
singles event. The write up for that tournament will be
posted soon.
